In Jan. 2007 I traveled to India and studied Indian Culture and Commerce as a graduate course at Bentley College. A deliverable for the course was a research paper. I wrote my paper on open source enterprise software and its advantages to the Indian business process outsourcing industry. It is a really neat idea, and it was really fun to write and research. The idea revolved around the combination of open source VoIP and open source CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
